FOR SALE:
Swamp Rat Chopweiler in SR101 and black paper Micarta handles, OD Mashed Cat Pancake sheath with TekLok
The knife has been stripped and sanded to 2000 3M wet/dry. There are superficial Kydex marks as to be expected, nothing that couldn't be sanded out fairly easily. There's some random, light tool marks-- nothing too crazy, matter of fact you have to get the blade around arm's length or nearer to even notice them. The edge has be sharpened by me on my EP to a fairly toothy 600 grit. A couple small marks in the Micarta handles but nothing unsightly. Edge has hamon from DHT, I just didn't do a good job of capturing it in the pics...poor lighting + poor skills
As for modding, the "trigger choil" has been thinned down considerably and, IMHO, to the knife's betterment. Also, the rearmost part of the pommel has had a 90 deg. edge applied for firesteeling.
The sheath is olive drab Mashed Cat, you know Eric, you know how he rolls <or bends, rather>, it will impress...nuff said
