I absolutely agree with this statement. It also allows us end users to make a mess of things sometimes. I know I have messed up my fair share of screws.

Benchmade Stripped screw on 945, need advice/help

I have some Speed Outs. They have the drill bit on one side and the easy-out on the other side. Or you could take the knife to a machine shop and they could get the screw out for you.

I assume there is a gully there already in the stripped screw head. The right size easy out might just grab the walls of the gully.
