Wife went out to the Ballet...

Dang XBox 360 is showin' the Red Ring of Death so I can't do any killin' on COD 4...

Decided to finally get past the anxiety of messin' with my Busses myself and finally stripped my ST Ripper. Also tooled around with some fire straws and Fatwood in the driveway... Dang suburbia, that is about the biggest fire I can build without my stupid neighbor sheeple type people calling the fire dept. or the authorities. Man, I gotta get out to the woods again soon... :(

Took about 5 mintues for the coating to jump off the INFI...

Sorry to hear about your 360! That stinks! You still covered by warranty?

Given the failure rate of 360s, I opted for extended warranty at Best Buy. So if I ever red ring I'll be damn sure to force feed those suckers my 360 if they try to give me any flak for returning it.

(I hate Best But btw).

Oh, nice job on the knife too! Can't wait to see the end result!

Still needs more work, maybe a little hand finishing. Couldn't have done it without Tyrkon's AWESOME tutorial!! I'll see if I get to more of this thing tomorrow night!

The raw metal always looks better. It's giving me a hankering for those Competition Grades.

I gotta say, the more I hold it, the more bad a$$ this knife feels. This thing is about to turn into my go-to knife above all others... SFNO Custom, BATACLE, CG ASH-1 (don't kill me), SRKW Camp Tramp and SRKWs SAR are all great, but there is something about the ST Ripper that boggles the mind.

3 months ago this was my Holy Grail knife. A most generous HOG helped my get this thing (Mulder). Beyond my expectations! :thumbup:

No warranty here... But it may be covered still. Certain Red Ring of Death problems they are fixing for free. Keeping my fingers crossed!!

I wonder if MS would still fix it if I plunged the ST Ripper into it... :confused:
