I am looking for a strong, compact folder with a glass breaker. I am thinking of something like a CQC-7 with a sharp point in the butt. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have seen a few folders with glass breakers but they are usually automatics and I don't want an automatic.

You have a great forum. Thanks for your help.

What price are you looking for? The Chris Reeve Umnumzaan is not real big, rides in the pocket well, and also has a built in glass breaker.

That would be at the upper end of my price range. I have only seen pictures of them. They look very nice. How would the pivot strength compare to an Emerson (since I am familiar with Emersons)? Are they worth that much?

Sometimes you can find manual action MT Mini SOCOM Elites on Ebay. The Elites have a glassbreaker in the butt.

When the second version of the ZT/Hinderer 0550 comes out it might have the glassbreaker backspacer, but I'm not 100% on that.

You could just get a glass breaker spacer made for your Emerson. It will cost less than a whole new knife and would give you just what your were looking for.
A ceramic or SS ball mounted in a Ti back spacer would probably be a good way to go. It would be "friendlier" to you than a pointed butt on the knife and would work just as well if not better.

Who could provide a Ti back spacer with a piece of ceramic (or other hard material) for breaking glass?

I 2nd the Wilson Delta Wave Folders. If you're okay with a sheepsfoot blade and a fully serrated edge, the Spyderco Assist might be a great candidate.

All of the suggestions so far have been good. However, the BlackHawk CQD MK I Type E comes to mind. They're not very expensive, have a button-lock, seat-belt/cord cutter, & the glass-breaker. It pretty much has everything you'd need. Blade steel is decent (AUS-8). Not great, but not bad, either.

I'd say the only down-side of it, as far as what you were asking, is that it's on the big side. Blade's 3.75" & it's about 5.75" closed, although I didn't think it was that big when I had one.

Now that looks like a nice sturdy folder. Thanks there is probably going to be a line of guys waiting to get one. I wonder what they'll run...$$?

word from the ESEE guys is under $200. No idea what you'd be looking at specifically, though. Probably very close to $200, though. I'd be surprised if it was much cheaper.
