gona have to also say the Camillus CUDA Maxx. Practily indestructable. titanium handle and a D2 blade. 
My vote goes to the Strider SnG. It's my only EDC knife, and has performed great! Very light, and sturdy. The half G10 half Ti handle makes this knife very light. You don't even know you have it until you need it. The opening hole is a plus in my opinion as it dosen't interfere with the blade when cutting, and the finger cut out in the blade allows one to choke up for detail work. The blade is thicker, which allows for some light prying if the need arises. Also, it comes with one of the best guarantees out there, if you break it, it is replaced or fixed, period. I like that.
