These are a three finger knife but the chubby handle gives them a lot of control.

Ground from 1/8 inch 1095
Flat grind
Machine finish (400 grit)
Rosewood handle
Overall length: 6 3/8 inches
Blade: 3 1/4 inches
Riveted leather scabbard

are these all the same profile or is the one on the right actually slightly taller, or is that wider in the blade than the other three? or is it just the camera or my eyes playing tricks?

what's the belt attachment on the sheath? folded over belt loop riveted at the bottom, separate loop riveted top and bottom, spring metal clip or something else?

All 4 are the same just a different camera angle. The scabbard has a folded over belt loop with 2 rivets.
