O-man Pinnah better be all over this one. DM

Heh. Close.

My pref is to combine a flat/convex grind with a drop point. For me, more useful as a utility/woods type knife.

I find my 110 with it's pronounced clip to be good for processing meat and there, the hollow grind makes sense.

This is a super elegant looking knife and I *am* happy to see Buck making a flat grind. That's very hopeful.

I think it would be neat if Buck offered flat ground drop point blades as option in the custom shop for the 110 and 112.

Among the hollow grinds, I prefer the older ones (70s or so) with the more rounded shoulders. They don't have that sharp line at the shoulder, which I know was a part of Remer's aesthetic vision, but I find they bind less when cutting.

In any event, yes, I'm all over this, as you say.

That is one sweet knife - too perfect to use - it would have to be a display piece for me! OH

For me it's not cost that's the limiting factor in whether or not to use a knife, it's beauty. Never could bring myself to use my koa bg-42. The copper is right up there with that one in the beauty dept.

That is awesome, I love when copper is used on custom and production knives. Do you have any idea how much it weighs? I would like to compare it to the weight of other 110's. Thanks.

the s35vn is scary sharp, it looks like they used the Buck 2000 grind, I don't think it's going to be easy to beat these, the copper in the carbon fiber is great, it has a few burs that rub off on most of mine. It must have been expensive for the materials to build these they compare to a $500.00 knife, I think if they get used it will take a long time to dull one, and it won't be a easy job to put a new edge on, I suppose Buck will for a small fee, last word beautiful.
George God bless

Hi, Buck used the flat grind on the last 440C 110 in 1980, I never bothered to look at any of the 425M.
