I know this might seem like a really stupid question, but I can't figure out how to contact someone on this site. I was browsing through the exchange area and spotted a blade I really like, so I tried to contact the seller. But the only thing I was able to figure out was how to leave a message on their profile. Am I totally blind to a button for that function or is it because I'm a totally inactive member?

Without a paid membership, what you did is your best option. You may also want to post in their sales thread letting them know you left them a profile message.

Once they make private contact (or if they fail to do so) you can delete your email address from the profile post.

A paid membership will allow you to send private messages.
