Subscribing to the theory that the only stupid question is the one you did not ask, here goes;
I've been seeing quite a number of knives sporting wrought iron hardware, guards, pommels etc.
Where, pray tell do you get wrought iron to work with, short of sifting the sand out of a riverbottom and forging from scratch?
