5-5/8"x3/16"x1" blade is hand forged form the steel I make. It is ultrahigh carbon steel and the technology matches the one for WOOTZ steel. This blade has uncommon pattern on the steel and nice color. The color is best visible on the dry clean blade. This steel will readily rust and I recommend to keep it oiled. The hardness is estimated at 58-59HRC.
The bolster is made of Sterling Silver. I engraved it myself. The design and overall shapes are stylized in Middle East\Asian style.
The hand stiched leather sheath has the same motiff tooled on it.
The handle is Balck Walnut with light marbeling.
This is " Sole Authorship" knife and as close to "Hand Made" as it could be. Hand made steel, hand forged to shape, hand sanded and rubbed to satin finish to 800 grit.
It is One-Of-A-Kind knife as always.
