Sub Forum Question

When I look in the Community Tab, the last post on Whine and Cheese shows the same post as Pirates Cove. Is this because Pirates Cove is considered a Sub Forum of Whine and Cheese? Are they sub-forums of each other? :confused:
 
The cove is a subforum of w&c
