Mystery Solved....This "Black Beauty" is a production sample sent out to me from the VP over at Boker USA to test....Thank you Chad and thank you Mr. VP over at Boker USA....let the testing begin....

One thing for sure I can say about this Black CE Subcom F is that you're gonna be thrilled to get your hands on this one...(special, stunning, gorgeous, functional are words that can't begin to describe this beauty) More extensive reviews to follow soon....Doc

just wondering originally, the subcom was marketed as a magnum than it was upgraded to plus. Was there any change in materials that went along with this. I assume it means that you're knife is selling very well.

Actually, IIRC, the only changes were: Notches on lockbar, AUS8 blade steel, and a longer clip.

The lil' SF is selling very well, thanks to everyone!:thumbup: I am hoping it brought Boker "back out again"...

Hi Chad. I've seen a much better pic in the Boker catalog (Mahalo much)

!!! BTW, you started something nicknaming the SF the "Biscuit"...did you know that one of the Boker higher ups refers to this one as the "Burnt Biscuit"?!!

(Even though I think it was zenheretic who used that one first.

I am not much of a coated blade fan, as I know from prior experience what these end up looking like when used...

Just wear platform shoes; they'll let you in; maybe not let you on some of the rides but still...

Daywalker; I have managed to buy 5 different Subcoms and 1 Subcom fixed blade. They are like potato chips, you can't just stop with one.

Please do not mix up the Subcoms with Potato chips! That'd be a pretty nasty mistake...

Hey! Daywalker "If you build it they will come." Also I forgot to mention in my last post that I purchased a Subcom for my Wife, Daughter and Son in law. At first I think they thought I was Nuts but now everytime something needs to be cut or a package opened, they all whip out their little biscut.
