Subhilts- pros and cons...

to once again take a contrary opinion....gee i love doing that....i really feel that a subhilt feels better in the reverse grip than in the standard fencers grip...one mans opinion....

Actualy, it wouldn't suprise me at all if there were/are subhilts that are very comfortable in the reverse grip. There are many finger grooved handles that are very comfortable in the reverse grip.

It's got a lot to do with how the piece is done. Most of the ones I've held were servicable in the reverse grip, but really shined in a saber or hammer grip. No reason you couldn't build one ot use upside down though.
