My 1 1/2 year old Sugar Creek KK-2 element went out two weeks ago....the oven still has 6 months left on the warranty. After trying unsuccessfully to get in contact with these folks I called USA Knifemakers Supply and found out Sugar Creek went out of business. Fortunately, Tracy and his staff has been working with Evenheat to manufacture a replacement element. l received one of the first ones drop shipped to me from Evenheat. It was a perfect fit - even better than the Sugar Creek replacement element - I'm up and running!
My compliments to Tracy and his staff (especially Beth who expedited the shipment) for developing an element and getting my oven operational in a timely fashion. Tracy: I think Beth deserves a raise!!
