Recently received my WOODIE model knife from Sugar Creek Knifeworks ...
MY ORDER WAS LATE... and I was happy waiting for it too.
He explained his delay to me prior to the knife even being late ... and gave me options.
I waited and received my knife just as he promised after the delay.
Glad I did business with him too...
has to be one of the nicest feeling bushcraft knives I own now...
Rumor has it... he will be turning more knives out in the near future too ...
going to need me at least one or two more.
FIRST CLASS KNIFEMAKER.... YES HE IS ...

Isn't that the guy who has a sub forum over at BCUSA? I have been eying up a model of his that looks nice. I think it's called the Cumberland Puukko. Straight forward purposeful blades.

Yeah he makes that model ...
his handle/scales are shaped sooooo nice and no hot spots or edges and flow in/out nicely ...
the grind on mine is near perfect and you can see ALL BY HAND.
Understand he has backed up a bit while nursing his ill father ... Mike I think he name is ... helluva guy.
really think the knife will take the number ONE position on my woods belt.
