Sugarcreek Kiln element replacement method.

Anybody here replaced the element in one of these have any tips? I've replaced a number of elements in paragons, but the way this junker is built it's going to be a pain in the ass comparatively. Just wondering if anybody knows of any tricks particular to this kiln that I might not be seeing? Unlike the paragon doesn't look like I can just pull the top bricks off without disassembling the whole body. =\
