Suggest an EDC

Hey guys, im looking for a new folder to edc with the following specs

- MUST be sub 3 inches or 3 inches (yes i know the tenacious is nice but its 3.25 and thats wayy to much for me and my sheeple)
-handle material does not matter
-steel at least at AUS-8 (not implying other ones suck, but i want to try out different types)
-MUST be sheeple friendly
-Preferably non assisted and non flipper
-blade grind does not matter as long as it is suitable for edc
-blade profile/shape does not matter as long it is suitable for edc
-Not willing to spend more then 100 on this.

Hi,

yea that was one of my options, im thinking about the g10 or either the chicago from spyderco.
But until i can actually get one of them, im trying to gather up some ideas.
 
Of what I have experience with:

Benchmade Mini-Grip
Spyderco Delica

The Delica might be a little less sheeple friendly with the web pattern and all on the handle, but the blade shape is definitely less threatening in appearance than that of the standard Mini-grip.

Sorry man,
i got an energ a while back, everytime i would discretely take it out, it ends up giving people the same shivers as an automatic.

Im from Toronto, so whatever opens up with a single pull/push wont be sheeple friendly
 
Boker also has a few offerings that might work for you. Look at the Trance, Subcom, Wharcom, etc.
 
might try a nice little case knife or the such if your gunna be in an office, or maybe a 480 shoki if you can spend a little more, you can find them for 115ish all the time
 
Sounds like you need a nice slipjoint? Have a look in the traditional forum I'd say. Loads of options there.
