Suggest to me a fixed blade knife with good sheath for EDC

Check out some of the offerings for the Bark River EDC series: City Knife, EPK, Essential, Little Caper, Little Carver, Little Creek, Mini Fox River, North Star Companion, PSK, Trailmate.

I have the Essential CPM M4 EDC without bolsters since it weighs an ounce less. Also, due to the blade shape I had to get the Bark River Knives: Bushcraft D Sheath instead. Now, it's perfect.

Overall Length: 6.2 in/15.75 cm
Blade Length: 2.7 in/6.86 cm
Blade Thickness: .141 in/0.36 cm
Blade Steel: CPM M4 @ 63-64rc
Weight: 4.7 oz
Weight Without Bolster: 3.6 oz

I have owned the Nim Cub II for 6 months now and I love it! For EDC it's just the right size, and can double as defensive if needed. Super light and grippy and you can use the MALICE Clip for belt carry. It is very similar in size (with the same materials) as the Benchmade Griptilian. Good luck finding one now though. I got the last one in stock at Going Gear and that seemed to be the only place selling it for a fair price (110).

Benchmade discontinued the Nim cub2. Why I don't know, it was a great knife. I have the Izula, the Bk14, and the bk24, all are good choices. The Bk14 and bk24 need a better sheath( my opinion only). I just picked up a Tops Mil Spie 3 and love it, 154cm, kydex sheath, and tough has hell.
As mentioned the spyderco street beat, White river knives backpacker, Bark river Bravo Necker or Bravo Necker 2, Blackjack Necker, CRK Nyala. So many knives and so little money!!!!!

I used to EDC an ESEE 5 in my pack but it was too big and heavy for my taste, nowadays I carry an ESEE 4

if you can find the Him Cub 2, GET IT!
I personally think Izula is better value & easier to carry, but I love my Nim Cub II so much. I would love to get 1 or 2 more. I really like the size, weight, and the feel of it in my hand. I'm not a big fan of its sheath f for edc however.

From your list I like the Izula. But I am carrying a D'Eskabar most days and you might consider that as well.

Have you looked at the Spyderco Moran? I usually carry that with a fully serrated native and have not been let down, even cleaned a deer this morning in the bitter cold. Very comfortable handle excellent slicer.

The Moran would make a good EDC. The sheath attachment makes it stick out from the body a bit, but it still works. I really like that knife.

IIRC knives w/o coating will be available soon and they're working on stainless versions too

I second that. The Nim Cub II is a great little fixed-blade EDC.
