Under 5oz, 4" blade. The 0450 has a 3.25" blade, less than 4 oz.

Benchmade 940 is probably one of my favorite knives to carry. It packs a lot of blade for its size and is slim enough that I can carry my penlight in the same pocket and not take up too much space, axis lock is fantastic. ZT0450 is also a nice one, but with that small of a knife I found myself putting pressure on the lockbar when trying to open it.

Well a good deal on a 940 popped up so I should be receiving it this week! I've spent more on knives but not this much on a carry blade...can't wait

Try a Kershaw Knockout. It's only .40" thick, has a 3 1/4" blade, and can be had in Elmax. Nice knife.

That said, the 940 is a sweet knife.

I've got an Endura in HAP40 in my back pocket right now. I find it a bit long, really. The Native is a better fit for me, personally.

I second the knockout. Great knife. Just got one off Amazon for $55.00. The elmax version seems to be sold out as it was a limited run, but if you know where some are still for sale I'd love to know. :)

The ZT0450 is a nice knife, and for the compact size in pocket you get quite a bit of blade and longer cutting edge than some 3.5" knives.

What about the Spyderco Stretch? I find it carries well in pocket for its size, not to mention its a great knife.

I don't own a 940, but it is on my list to purchase too.

I went and searched all my usual places and they were out of stock. I have seen one go across on The Exchange, though.

Ill just have to keep my eye out for one. I have an elmax blackwash Blur and love it, but would probably give it up for the knockout.

I know that your issue with your Boker Kwaiken is the weight. The new tuxedo version of the large is absolutely gorgeous. Titanium is used to replace the steel in the liners and the handle is titanium and carbon fiber. This drops the weight by almost 2 ounces.
