Id buy a mini knife if it had a bottle opener on one end. I bet that shoots the price up though. Those cap lifters seem difficult to fabricate.

I was saying the cap lifter on the tang end of the friction folder blade.
The hook part of the opener would sit inside the first finger "choil/indentation and the tang would double as the lifter top.
Pivot set 1/4"-3/8" in from the scale front/ricasso and tang (pivot to hook) would sit 1/2"-3/4". This would allow for clearance of a cap, enough tang for a positive hold open, and still offer clearance in pocket.

Easier to make too, just model it after a cap lifter on a victorinox (you already have one in house too).

But I am sure a cap lifter on a mini would be nice too.

Oh. Ha! I know we've discussed cap lifters before but I think it was the "flat mouth" style.
