I am looking for a neck knife, with a blade length between 3 and 3.5 inches under $125. For self defense and utility use, and knife needs to be readily available because I need it this fall.Any information would be appreciated.

If it can be $125 exactly I'd try Crawford Knives Kasper Neck knife. I've carried one for a year now and love it. They also have a couple of less expensive models.
Their web site is www.crawfordknives.com

Check out Newt Livesays knives at Wicked Knife Co. Great knives, great prices

For just about $5-10 more, I would go for the R.J. Martin handyman. All the knife a person needs, unless he wants to chop on something.

I second the Pat Crawford Kasper Neck Knife. I bought one last year after it was reviewed, I think by Tactical Knives, and haven't regretted yet. It's a great design by a great maker. Even with the Kydex sheath, it is barely ¼" in width, so it disappears easily.
