I just recently got into collecting (less than a year), and I am looking for suggestions for a solid knife in the $50-75 range to add to my collection. Here is what I have now:

Benchmade Mini-Griptilian (combo edge)
Benchmade Bone Collector Skinner (fixed blade)

Boker Whale
Boker Anti- Grav
Boker Titan Drop Decade Edition (#429/600)

Cold Steel Recon 1 (combo edge)

CRKT Jernigan Persian Folder
CRKT Ken Onion Shenanigan
CRKT Crawford Kasper (combo edge)
CRKT Triumph Tanto (combo edge)
CRKT Fossil (combo edge)

Kershaw Ken Onion Splinter (quince wood handle)
Kershaw Nura Titanium
Kershaw Emerson CQC-1K
Kershaw OSO Sweet
Kershaw Asset

Ontario Rat 1

Opinel #10 (olive wood handle)

Spyderco Manix 2 (combo edge with G10 handle)

All feedback, comments, and suggestions are welcome! Thanks for looking!

Could be worth trying to save a little more and try a ZT. Or a Viper Odino.

Judging by your price range, and what you own already..
I would think a Spyderco Delica, or Endura would be a very nice addition

You seem to know that your into knives quite a bit. What about a membership here?

What do you have for sharpening equipment?
If nothing then that would be my suggestion.

If you have something with Diamond in it, save a few more bucks and get a Spyderco Manix 2 s110vLW.

Or a traditional, you have quite a few moderns, try a slip joint.

Seems like you are off to a good start. Try some lansky croc sticks and sentry solutions tuff cloth.
Best of luck.

check out kizer. best bang for buck imo. premium steels, titanium framelocks, top notch quality. most of their best deals are now discontinued so get one quick!

Spyderco PM2 - yes, that's the cliche' recommendation - but with good reason!

Spyderco Endura is another good recommendation that has already been given.

ZT0550 - Kershawguy still has new ones in stock! or a ZT0561 or ZT0562.

Just curious, but you seem to have a preference for combo blades? And since you said comments and suggestions welcome, my suggestion would be to avoid assisted opening knives, unless there is a compelling reason you want/need AO.

My specific suggestion is that the world's largest online retailer currently has the Buck Marksman for $77, which is 49% off of MSRP.

My broader suggestion is that you have a wide variety of mostly lower price point knives, so you probably have a good idea of what styles you like. I think you should save a little money and buy a nicer knife in one of those styles. Something from ZT, Viper, Lionsteel, higher end Benchmades or higher end Spydercos would be good places to start.

In that price range and going by some of the ones you already have - I recommend a few - 2 off the top of my head are the CRKT GSD and the Cold Steel Code 4

I'm a fan of the Kershaw Strobe in that price range. Flips great (it's unassisted) and I like the blade shape.

Kizlyar Ute for a hand tank, or Vega for a more tradional EDC would both fit well into your collection...

The Ute I own came flawless, the Vega had some minor issues regarding the finish on the micarta, a few hanging burrs, but nothing a bit of sandpaper and a round file couldn't fix though.

Both are solidly built with thick impressive liners.

Go spyderco endura wave. or Delica wave.
the rat ii or rat 1 are nice. I personally think the texture is to slick.

Esee izulas are great for the cash also.

I am sticking with a subscription and sharpening goods prior to another knife.

You know you like knives and have quite a few already, practice getting them all Very sharp instead of keeping them strictly functional.
You would be surprised how much often you reevaluate a knife once it has a Really good edge on it.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but, it's just my $.02...
