I'm looking for suggestions on what model to offer for the October Special. Let's hear some ideas.

I am only half way through the Pictures thread and the Kentucky Woodsman keeps standing out to me.
 
Around here Oct. means hunting season, any chance of a pouch/knife kit with a JK handled firesteel? Maybe even go so far as to offer a kit that included a firesteel, compass, and whistle. I think it's one Hell of a bargain at the normal price:thumbup:
 
I like BTW's suggestion very much. That is a great looking knife. Here are 2 more than might be worth adding to the list -




 
I like the Bluegill, Potawatomi, the personal utility and whatever the one shown with the k-tool is. I love that last one propping up the tapered k-tool.
 
Yeah. All the knives on the "k tools" thread from page 4 are great.

And a matching firesteel would really be the icing on the cake.

And thats the Bluegill in front of the fishing pole? That one is pretty interesting.

this is the one I was speaking about earlier. As I understand it, its a mini of something.

actualy I think its a mini riverwoods companion maybe? I rememebr linking it.
 
Do we pick from existing models or classic WWII designs I love that are practical and simple like others?
