Never used or sharpened. Pretty good fit and finish as far as I can discern. The wood has shrunk a tad, some mineral oil would probably bring it right back. Also a discoloration spot on the spine from storage as seen in the pics. Comes with box. I paid $100 for this one. Asking $80 shipped CONUS
