Lets not forget the Dragonfly 2 with zdp-189 and Nishijin glass handles. Probably the most comfortable small edc blade on the planet in my opinion. Find me another that size with a ultra-comfy jimped finger choil/thumb ramp.

Moki are worth a look. They make the Fallkniven folders under contract.

About as near custom (and better in some cases) as you'll get.

I wear a suit to work and often carry William Henry knives.

Alan Davis also makes some very nice small knives.

ETA: Sorry I just saw that you want to be in the $200 range. If you keep an eye out, you can find William Henry knives sometimes under $300.
