Ed's family is in the OR, and WA area.... Sadly we haven't gotten out there as a family since 2001.... Ed has done a few trips by himself to see his family, since My boys were in school, when his boys were on a spring break... not exactly how our family likes to do things but....

So one day we may get out west to a gathering as well.

We love to travel slow, finding wonderful places along the way. We used to think that when our girls were little it was work:)
Now it is work to get everyone on the same timeline. With one young Lady(18) at college and one younger(13) Lady with so many obligations at school and with friends, I bust my butt trying to arrange that all my Ladies are at the same place and time. Snow days are my favorite, the Norse Hammer closes everything, we play board games and have a bunch of fun:)

We are thinking of some fun camp food, paella on the grill, sheesh-ka-babs..etc.
