My yeller lab, Moxie, and I met my sister and some of her friends at Mobley Landing, on Black River, this afternoon. There wasn't much bushcrafting involved, but we caught lots of panfish of various species along with three 20+ pound catfish. Moxie got to play with Snickers, my sister's chocolate lab, and she got her first experience with a baby. One of my distant cousins showed up with his 16 month old little boy. Moxie was puzzled that humans could be so small. We fried the fish and made Frogmore stew and my Uncle Dan brought a big ham over. All in all, it was a fun day. Sorry I don't have any pics, but I'm a low-tech kind of guy.
