We really feel that these Blades DO have a "Soul" if You will.. different than the run of the mill sharp pointy thing....

Shawn (10 in Jan.) =9" Horn Chitlangli
Jacob (8) = a Satisal Wood Baby AK
I have "on order" an Decorative Handle Lil Rusty for Sandy!

Ed and Company!!

Hiya Ed,
That's darn cool that your sharing with your boys:thumbup:
Our Daughters are 13 and 18 and have had their own khuks and other assorted knives for a few years now. Our youngest loves the smaller khuks, from the teeny ones,(that make great patch knives for Black Powder), to the Biltons and even a nice 15 1/2" Chitlangi.
Our Older lady has just 2, but she maintains and sharpens her baby Kumar Karda and Her Bura made 18" Kobra stays in her backpack ALL day to and from college:).

Their Gramma got a Hair Poppin' sharp Bilton last holiday and I have a couple nice 12" AK's for my sister-sons(5 and 8), just as soon as my sister gives the go-ahead:D

May You and Sandy and Your Fine Boys Have Great Holidays

Picture #1 Get Bhadur (changa) kami. He is 35 years old man worked for Nepal Army for seventeen years. Now he is retired from the Army job and
he gets a small amount of pension from Nepal government but not enough money to support his wife and two kids so he decided to make few Khukuri and Sword for HI.

All the Best this Season to You and Yours!!

My (early, I suspect) Get CAK is not a showpiece -- the edge wanders a bit from side to side (the blade is not planar, if you will) and the bolster is quite uneven making the handle look bent -- but the temper is good and it's a beast of a chopper, which is all I care about in a hard working blade.

Judging by this dragon blade, it looks like Get's craft has improved!

definitley two people peering out the window on the right side.

there is another on the left side that appears to be a reflection in the window of what's behind the photographer, a man in front of a block wall.

I too have an early Get CAK with obvious imperfections and agree that his work has improved greatly because the Dragon is a work of art, a true heirloom blade.

Well Now... The mail made it... (at least some of it!!) opening the Dragon Blade next... it was 7 degrees here without the windchill...around -15 with the slower steady wind...
But I just returned from the Post Office... will try and possibly post some pics....ALTHOUGH Ms Yangdu's pics are Most Superb in San' and My's opinion!!
Sometimes it is Hard to improve upon an all ready Great thing!
Back in a bit!
