That's a beauty Armand.
Here's a couple of new ones for me last week. I have a black, Jack rudder sheath with concho for the chipped flint 119 and he's making me one in natural leather for the stacked leather and bone 119.

ITE, The Colt 703 was the first of the 700 series and it came out in 1979 and yours looks to be an early one . Ima, good photo . Your filly looks to have came out in 1998 . ;)
I remember when I had one that age . Prepare for college now ! Handsome 119's Dave . DM

You know the Paradigm should be put on the endangered species list! I have a fairly old Randall #1,if I knew Buck made a stacked leather knife like that one I would have saved a bunch of money and not had to wait a year to get it.(Been waiting 5 months for my Paradigm LOL) That photo with Chuck Buck is great Fritz, what a sweet little girl! Mine are all grown and long gone, the youngest graduated college just last night. The Bowie is awesome! Right now I'm drooling on my keyboard(sure hope I don't short it out) over that Buck Colt,if you were to be here right now that's just what you would see. A few horses and mountains just like those in the background! If I'm gonna keep coming on the Buck forum,I'd best invest in a drool bucket to save my keyboard. Thanks for the photos guys. You're Pal Tom

OK, one more set, then off to my Mother in Law's house. It's her 93rd birthday today and I'm taking her a big wood frame with a bunch of picures of the family in it that I'm sure she's never seen. Don't know what else to give her, she's allergic to just about every flower that blooms!

My Dave Yellowhorse 112.

From the top (all with BOS markings):

296, Tempest, liner lock, ATS-34, first non-110 from Buck, my beloved attny. Father-In-Law said, when viewing this knife for the first time, "switchblade." Carried back when I was experimenting with lanyards (amber bead acquired after a long search). A great flipper, terrific lock, my kind of blade shape and a joy to carry.

Collaboration, Tom Mayo, TNT, Ti frame, S30V blade, frame lock. Lite as air. Looks and feels rich. Lots of useful belly on this blade. I had to save and then shop hard to justify buying this beauty.

Collaboration, 882, Police, Strider-Tarani, liner lock, fantastic jimping from gloved-hands on the forward and reverse grip surfaces, stone-washed blade for covertness and thick blade.

Stuff, non-knives, in the pic I found while looking for something to photograph for today's SPS (thank you ITE):

Tooth: found on ground when I was eight-years-old on a hike with my father in the wilds.

BMW, MC tank badge from a 1979T brought back to life, rolling basket case, by me after a ten-years slumber. Heavy, tractor-like, airhead that ran like a top after a bit of $%# (fun). Sold years ago to an enthusiast for a song and dance.

Coin, 1 colon, from a month-long trip to Central America, mainly Costa Rica, during the 70's. Happy times, swimming in the warm ocean, friendly people, fresh fruit, narrow-guage RXR trip across the Istmus, monkeys and crabs in the trees.

Big ball bearing: rolled out of frame, unfortunately, from grandfather when I was a child (one of many wonderful gifts in addition to his favor of valuable time spent with goofy little me and, seriously, knowing my Grandfather seems to me now just like time travel of some sort. He sailed on steel-hulled Clipper ships, spoke foreign languages, played the banjo and harmonica and made me want to proceed into the future (both self-taught)).

An automatic 560 with a mirrored blade! Oh my! Wah wah wah wah. I'm speechless. I didn't know such a knife existed. How do you like it so far? What is the firing like, slow/fast?

Thanks oregon, I really like it:).

I did a trade with forum member Babakanoosh45, thanks Baba:thumbup:.

First one for me so I have nothing to compare it to. It opens fairly fast and solid. The blade had some writing, I can read prototype on the right side and upper case letters C.K.M. (some type of symbol) E.K. The blade seems to have been polished in an attempt to remove the lettering.

The date code on the 560 blade is 1997.

Maybe Baba knows something and will chime in. Preston

Nice Pics everyone-love that 560 conversion:thumbup:

These 2 are on their way back to Buck for a spa treatment-heres some befores-cant wait to post the afters:)
