Sunfish

Thanks for the good words, folks! Much appreciated!

Peter, I believe that one had damascus bolsters and no engraving. I can not forget ivory like that.:)
Some of the earlier Sunfish got engraving after they left my hands.

 THANKS Don! That would be the one I was thinking of. I recalled that mammoth WELL, but confused the engraving with another.

That is INRCEDIBLE mammoth and one of the nicest Sunfishes i've seen!

Thanks for posting BOTH the new and vintage!

Peter

What a fantastic little knife. I'm not normally one for scrim, but this is beautifully executed and really suits the knife. I like the asymmetry of giving one side the FULL scrim treatment and leaving the other side plain. I also like the fact that Tina signed her scrim.

This may be my favorite DH III folder. Outstanding Don and Tina.

I agree with Bruce.
The knife and your wife's scrim go together great to make this an awesome folder. 100 years from now when you are dead and famous, I'll bet this will be one of the most valuable knives of yours with the collectors.

You're hearing the reports. I felt the love. They see it.

Atta boy. :) Atta GIRL! :D

Yikes!!! Can't let Heather see this one or I'll never hear the end of it

Absolutely stunning Don and Tina!
