They had a great price on a hydration pack I wanted, and I ordered it from them around noon on Monday. Shipped late afternoon on the same day. Good experience all around. There weren't any problems, so I can't speak as to the quality of their customer service.
Now for some positive comments on UPS: Sunny offers UPS ground for free on orders over $50, so that's what I chose. I was impressed. As stated previously, I ordered on Monday, and my order was shipped late afternoon, same day. It then spent Tuesday in transit, and arrived late afternoon Wednesday (yesterday.) Two days, (and only one full day,) from NYC to the Chicago area is pretty good time. Especially for a low-cost service.
