I got buggered up at work and neglected to send out payment prior to leaving for a long week of training, and when my payment got there Sunshine informed me that I had left the deal sit long enough he thought I had backed out and sent the knife to the next guy in line.
I admitted I was an idiot, he then offered me a choice of sending my funds back, cash, or the same price on a Benchmark knife of Blackie Collins design, worth more in my opinion than I had sent him. He ssured me that the funds were adequate in his view and sent me the knife.
Sunshine, who also emails under the name Sand Snake, sent me that Benchmark and it got here today. Not only was he outstandingly generous in his appraisal of the situation, he even emailed to let me know he had screwed up by missing the post office by a couple hours on Saturday. If anyone buggered up, it was I, not he.
