Super Glue and cuts

no, inside the cut! You are glueing two skin parts together just like a suturepulls the skin together you glue the two sides together. Glueing a dome on top won't close the wound

The idea is to let the wound clot itself. putting glue inside a wound is not a good idea. It's going to irritate the muscle, and form a hard, foreign object inside your body once it sets, prolonging healing, and increasing scaring.
 
I used to glue from the inside out. It worked well.

Then I read an instruction sheet on the medical superglue and it said to hold the edges together and then put the glue on the outside. That is how I do it now, but I think it worked better inside the wound.
