For sale: I have an as new in box; 1998 Emerson Commander (one of the first ten handmade Specwar) that I bought from Ernie at the Las Vegas Gun /Show in January 1998. This was the frist time the knife was available to anyone as far as I know.
It is AS NEW & NEVER USED with the original box. $4295. OR BEST OFFER WITH INSURED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING INCLUDED.

About me: I collected Emerson knives for many years and just rejoined the forum this month. I have also been on ebay since 1999 and have over 3600 positive feedbacks.
I am eighty now and it is time to sell it.

A little more info on the first Commander.
I bought two at the Las Vegas Knife Show in Jan.1998 (same weekend as the SHOT show). He had several hand ground Commanders and was taking orders on the regular production version which would be serial numbered. He also had about six customs which he auctioned off. I got a prototype of the CQC7B which went into production a couple years later. I have since sold the prototype and one of the handgrounds.
