This Super Rare Paramilitary 2 Linerlock Folder from Spyderco has a satin finished clip point blade with thumb hole and notched thumb rest, this knife has a laminated steel blade consisting of CPM154/S90V. Handle is textured carbon fiber with stainless steel liners and stainless steel 4-way reversible clip. Comes with original box and papers. From what i can tell, only 300 of these were made.

Yes, this is a flat grind clip point (straight from top of the Spydie hole to the tip) also sometimes called a clipped leaf shape or modified clip point. It is a classic design that Spyderco uses because of the inclusion of the Spydie hole to the blade.
