Just finished. A simple hunter that really feels good in the hand
A really nice piece of old (protected now) sequoia burl cut 20+ years ago. Very resin filled and hard. 5 coats Tru-oil to finish
The blade is L7 circular saw tempered to 58-60rc. Just under 1/8 thickness, full convex grind.
After heat treat I etch in my own strong base solution.
Stainless pins and laynard hole with black liners.
Handsewn 8-9 oz. sheath
$250. free ship in U.S. Over all 8.75in. Blade 4.0in

thanks for looking,
Cary

I apologize for posting something other than a buy offer, but I just wanted to interject- that thing is gorgeous! Great work, looks comfy and original.

Lovely! Sure looks like you went the extra mile with this one.
