More slicer for your enjoyment. The handle materials are Jade green G10 and black canvas Micarta, perfect for use in the kitchen. Full flat grind with hand rubbed satin finish for easy maintenance by owner. These knifes are made from Sandvik 12c27 razor steel similar to Sadvik 13c26. In house heat treat with digital controlled oven with a subzero quench and a 2-2 hr temper cycles with a projected hardness between 59-61. Knifes specs out at .100 thick by 4.0" blade measures from front of handle, cutting edge 3.8 and 4.15" handle. The knife are very similar the only difference is the black handle has a little taller grind. Even though I think these will work well in the kitchen there are not dishwasher safe.

A couple new knifes one is Sandvik 12c27 with jade green g10 scales and the other is Aldos 1084 with Brazilian cherry or jatoba sealed with linseed. Choose one for $110 with out sheath or choose a Concealex sheath for $130.00 or finally a leather pouch style right or left for $140.00. All prices include shipping CONUS.
