I don't have a elmax steaker, but I have a Scrapyard 460(?), my first elmax, that I use in my kitchen everyday, it's good stuff

Wait, isn't elmax from Australia? That's why so many Aussies like it ;)

Oh man! That looks awesome! Congrats on snagging those beauts!

I couldn't go to Blade again this year because of health issues. I can't help but get envious when I see the awesome scores and good times that I missed out on.

When my buddy at Blade showed me the steak knives, my fiancé had just said "we need some good steak knives." I'd love to get a pair and I'd also love to get one to use as a cake knife when my fiancé and I get hitched.

These things are awesome, very capable too!

Ill be grillin some steaks soon so Ill snap some shots and let yall know how it performs at its intended purpose.

I've just had dinner. Now I'm hungry again.

I am curious. I have never handled the steak knife; I know it is very thin. Is it literally a steak/kitchen use only knife? Or do some of you guys actually carry these things as an edc and us them outdoors?
