Super Tinker, Deluxe Tinker and Climber

So moe, any news on those silver tech scales? How are they holding up to scratches and impacts if any?

Thanks.

Well here are the SAKs I've bought this week.

Left to right:

Top row:

Blue Classic, Blue Bijou, Blue Bijou, Silver Tech Climber, Sapphire Spartan, Sapphire Tinker, 84mm Tinker (that I already owned), Silver Alox Cadet, Black Executive, Black Executive, Red Classic, Red Classic.

Bottom Row:

MiniChamp (already owned), Black Signature Lite, Ruby Signature Lite, Rambler, ten Ruby Classics

As you might guess, all of the Classics were ordered in an affordable lot of NTSA seizure knives, as were the Signature Lites, Executives, and the Rambler.

I also have a Super Tinker, Electrician, Waiter, Ranger, and another Classic on the way.

That SHOULD do me. I admit I got a little bit carried away this past week.

One note is that the Tinker I've been carrying for nearly 19 years is the 84mm version. I did not know that for sure until I ordered the 91mm Tinker and compared them. I sort of regret getting both the Sapphire Spartan and Tinker. Only the corkscrew/phillips is different between them. But they are still cool knives.

The Climber is about as thick as I see me carrying in pocket, as it bothers me when the width exceeds the height and on the Climber (and probably the Super Tinker) they're just about equal. I have a Ranger coming soon, which will be still thicker. But I think that will satisfy my curiosity for a thick SAK. And the Ranger is really fairly thin considering just how tool dense it is.

BTW, the Executives, Rambler, Cadet, and MiniChamp are my favorites in terms of features and layout. I prefer the thinner models. The Silver Tech and Sapphire translucent are really beautiful knives, however.
