Super Ultra-Light Multitools...Check These Out

I carry a utili-key on my key ring. I've even used it a couple of times. :) It's good if you're going somewhere you don't feel like carrying much but might need a small blade or a screwdriver. The bottle opener works even on stubborn caps!

The tiny plier tools are really small, but all the Swiss-Techs are well made.

I like the leatherman Squirt P4. Little mighty max and does something even my Wave can't do...be on my person at all times.;)

I have the utility key on my keys for about 2 years now. It sure does come in handy if you remember that you have it. I sometimes forget I have it on my keys.

I like the look of their Smart Clips. I've been thinking about getting a Wenger Clipper, but this one looks like it might be better. Has a little LED too.

I EDC a Utili-Key and have carried a 6-in-1 as well. After loosing the MicroTech I replaced it with the 9-in-1 which includes a LED. It appears that the tools are no longer made in the USA. Although the tolerances seem a little sloppy compared to my original US 6-in-1, it is too soon for me to judge durability. Only rarely are these relied upon as my primary tools, but when you need them, they will be there.

I've had the folding plier screwdriver thing for about 6 years now, very tough and well made. Handy too, the pliers can even be used as tweezers the fit and finish is that good. Those kneejerk TSA in the airport stopped letting me bring that thing on airplanes in 2002, I don't know whether they expected me to unscrew my armrest and use it as a club or what?:jerkit:

I have a Utili-key, which is nice and handy if you are somewhere where you can't have a proper knife. It is inconspicuous enough not to be noticed if you have "forgotten" about it at the airport. It also makes for a good firesteel striker that can do other things too.

Utili-Key and Micro-Tech 6-1 owner here. After carrying it for years, i took the Utili-Key off my key ring a few months ago in an attenpt to trim some weight. The Micro-Tech lives on the ledge of the counter backsplash in the kitchen, ready to swing into action at a moments notice. It gets used, and is usually pulled for bike rides. Good tools.
