Waw man, I tought, dzjees, what's the deal with those Spydie-nuts...? But now, I too can testify that they do remarquable things.

Long story in brief (complete blah-blah on http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...highlight=video):

-Ordered 204 on Bestknives.com
-enclosed tape incompatible with Belgian standards
-Bestknives unable/unwilling to help (pointless discussion)
-use Bladesforums to post my grief
-Spyderco SPONTAINOUSLY offers help!!!
-compatible tape is on it's way

Spyderco was never in any way a party that neglected anything in this whole affair, yet they were big enough to tie the loose ends. Most impressive!

Many thanks to Joyce, Susan, Sal and everyone else from the Spyderco-crew!

Yup.., a class outfit! You won't get many arguments there!

It's good to see that there is still hope for the Spyderco customer service department.:D.

Hi' yall,

It's good to see that there is still hope for the Spyderco customer service department..

We haven't given up hope....we try (and always will) to give our best effort.

Spydercos customer service is one of the best, they helped me resolve an issue with a knife I broke 8 or 9 years ago, and because they didn't make that model anymore they gave me full MSRP credit in their on line catalog.:D

No one goes out of their way to keep the customer happy like Spyderco, from the initial design to supporting the end user. Not in any industry.
