I have a Superchips 1725 Tuner for sale, less than 1 month old. It is for 1996-2003 Fords/Lincolns with the 4.6L engine. This covers many Crown Vics, Mustangs, all 2003 Marauders etc.
This tuner will add an easy 15 RWHP to your car, will optimize performance for 91-93 octane, will tighten up the shifts in an Auto transmission remarkably making the shifts much more responsive, has fan temp activation settings, tranny shift pressure custom settings, rear gear change option, and a diagnostic utility, and can also be used to remove the top-end speed limiter. Stores your factory chip settings so you can always return the EEC to default. My mileage also increased 2.5 MPG using the tuner. Takes only about 10 minutes to download the OEM program for protection and automatically reprogram your engine and tranny to the Superchips optimum performance settings. VIN locked to your car only as long as the SC program is installed.
I guess I didn't ask the right questions so was sold the wrong unit. I need the one that is very similar but can also handle e-mailed custom tune downloads. Retail is $399, and I am selling it for $100 off. Comes with manual and cable and tuner NIB with 2 new Superchips decals. Make it an even $300 and I'll pay S&H.
Just to make it a _bit_ more applicable to this site, if someone here buys it I will donate 10% or $30 to Himalayan Imports new scholarship fund.
