The price of the Gareth Bull is comparable or less than the CRK small Sebenza, or at least it was when I ordered it a year ago. Of course, the delivery of the GB is a bit less reliable/longer/variable.
If I didn't have the GB coming (eventually), I'd probably order the Acies to see whether it was what I wanted. Otherwise, I'd have the CRK small Insingo. Sure it isn't the super steel, but the quality of manufacture is so high, and the knife is so well thought out (with terrific understanding of blade grinds), that it rightly holds a place in the pantheon of knives.
Another thought--have you looked at Burger knives? I think they are similar to the Gareth Bulls.
Cheers,
Daniel
