A number of years ago a lot of information was collected to create a Supplier's List. Many of the members contributed it and then it was compiled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the link died and it was lost. Thanks to the generosity of Mike LoGiudice hosting it on his website, it is now available again.

It says the last update was 2004.
I thought I'd mention that last Jan (2013) I saved a copy of the first page of that thread (started 12/17/09). All the information is in the first post. I could send it to someone to make sure everything is up-to-date.
