I started with a stock Surefire 6P and swapped every part on it (Not joking). Components include:

>CREE XM-L LED Drop-In. Single Mode, 3v-18v operating range.
>Fivemega 18mm bored body
>Fivemega 18mm bored 18650 extender
>Surefire Hard Anodized Type III Black Head
>Surefire Hard Anodized Type III Black Tailcap
>Upgraded McClicky tailswitch.
>Brushed stainless bezel ring.
>UCL Ultra Clear Glass Lens for better light transmission.
>GITD (Glow In The Dark) Bezel o-ring

The obvious benefit to this package is extreme versatility. You can swap the LED module for any P60 style drop-in (hundreds of options out there). The Fivemega brand body and extender are more substantial than stock Surefire parts and they are also bored slightly bigger to allow the use of 18mm diameter high capacity rechargeable lithium batteries. You have a vast range of battery types available (the reason I'm including the 3v-18v XM-L module):

1x18650
2x18650
2xCR123
4xCR123
2xRCR123
4xRCR123

The CREE XM-L is the latest LED to be released. It is very efficient and generates a very bright large hotspot. This is a generic module and better ones exist, however you need a good host before you can try them out. This is about as good as the P60 platform gets. The light is very lightly handled (just used to try out different LED modules, never left the house).

I'm looking for:
>HDS Rotary 200
>Certain other nice XM-L lights
>Axis lock Benchmades
>Certain Spydercos including a G-10 Native 5 or Sage 3

Plain edge and satin finish blades are best for me.
Email is the best way to get a hold of me.
Thanks,
Michaelmcgo
