I picked this 8NX kit up for a friend stationed in Japan. He charged up a battery once and found that the output is the same as his older SF aluminum bodied light, so he sent it back to me. I have not used it. I sent him a 10X Dominator light and he is stoked with it. My friend is very "detail orientated"-read: anal... he picks rocks out of his tire tread.
