Btw, I just got a PALite Survival Plus...and I have to admit that I'm pretty disappointed in the weakness and poor quality of the beam.Also, 2 hours after I got it, the "strobe" mode no longer works. I hardly played with it!
Just a followup to the above. I emailed PALight about the broken strobe mode and they shipped me a new replacement light right away. The replacement works just fine. They also threw in a lanyard case for the trouble. I only have to send the defective one back to them. I am quite impressed by such courteous and excellent support!
