My lanyard slider broke on my m6 and I sent a pic and e-mail to surefire and 1 week later 3 complete lanyards are at my door ,excellent customer service! I stripped a torx on the pocket clip on my leek and sent an e-mail to kershaw requesting a price for 2 new torx screws and a short while later a whole new clip and screws were at my door free of any charge,excellent customer service!
 
I sent a whirlwind to kershaw asking if they could replace a weak spring and told them to bill me before they sent it back, about a week later a brand new whirlwind showed up in the mail. great service!
