Everything you need, plus spare grip screws, trigger guard tension screws. Also comes with a RH black Safariland 6004 with modified/cut-down shroud that allows you to wear it higher on your thigh for more stability. Unknown runtime on the 3V lamp, but a 6V LED lamp will function in it. It is in used condition, but works well. The remote pressure switch began to fail on me, so I removed it. I know I couldn't fix it, but it might be repairable. No warranty remains from Surefire, they do not have the parts to fix it anymore. The remote would be included however, along with everything else. If you have more electronics knowledge than I do it might be an easy fix... 
The switch on the body still works perfectly.
