SureFire X300U-B, Ultra High Output LED Weaponlight Handgun Light. I've had it for years, but I dont use it much anymore. Comes with aftermarket switch to fire the light with out changing grip.

Any idea what movement is in the Bulova? They have a couple of excellent quartz movements, one of them I know is called Precisionist; the second hand appears to sweep the watch face (instead of tick off individual seconds) which is one of the only quartz movements that can boast that.
